What can’t pregnant women eat?
Proper nutrition when you are pregnant is vital to a healthy baby. The foods that you put into your body, are the same nutrients that you are putting in your baby’s body. When I first got pregnant, I wasn’t sure what I could, or couldn’t eat. Is it ok to eat fried chicken? Is it ok to have a Coke? Can I eat ice cream? These were all types of questions I had. I needed answers, and time was of the essence.
What to Expect: Eating Well When You’re Expecting
I scoured the internet and tried to gather all the information I could. I read all types of conflicting information on different websites, and I wasn’t sure what to believe anymore. One website would say one thing, and then another blog would say the total opposite. The was a big problem, this was my baby. I decided to make sure any advice I used, was from a proven professional. I heard about What to Expect: Eating Well When You’re Expecting from a few different blogs, and decided to check out some reviews. All the reviews were raving about how much they liked it. (Click here to read some reviews for yourself). I decided to go for it, and I purchased the book, and really loved it. The author Heidi Murkoff, has written many different books before, and really knows her stuff. The book is a very realistic guide to the seven months of pregnancy, and answers all those questions about what you can, and can’t eat. It also has a recipe book with over 150 different meals to prepare. This book is great! If you are pregnant, I highly recommend What to Expect: Eating Well When You’re Expecting. This book will answer all those tingling questions you have about pregnancy.
